摘要
目的评价麦粒灸配合针刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为常规组(31例)和观察组(31例)。常规组采用常规针刺,观察组于阿是穴施麦粒灸,其余穴位均针刺。在治疗前、治疗5次、治疗10次后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行比较。结果治疗5次后观察组治疗前后VAS差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗10次后观察组较治疗前VAS差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),常规组差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组痊愈率明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论麦粒灸配合针刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎优于常规针刺,具有见效快、痊愈率高的特点。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of wheat-grain moxibustion plus acupuncture in treating lateral humeral epicondylitis, and to optimize the treatment protocol of acupuncture-moxibustion. Method By adopting a randomized-controlled method, sixty-two patients were divided into a conventional group （n=31） and an observation group （n=31）. Conventional needling method was used in the conventional group; wheat-grain moxibustion was applied to Ashi points and acupuncture to the other points in the observation group. Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） and therapeutic efficacy were adopted for analysis and comparison before treatment, after 5 times and 10 times of treatment respectively. Result After 5 sessions, the VAS score changed significantly in the observation group （P〈0.05）, but insignificantly in the conventional group （P〉0.05）, and the inter-group comparison showed marked difference （P〈0.05）. After 10 sessions, the VAS score changed significantly in both observation group （P〈0.01） and conventional group （P〈0.05）, and the inter-group comparison showed marked difference （P〈0.05）. In comparing the total effective rate, difference between the two groups was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）; the observation group was obviously superior to the conventional group in comparing the recovery rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wheat-grain moxibustion plus acupuncture is better than the conventional needling method in treating lateral humeral epicondylitis, and has features of efficiency and high recovery rate.
