摘要
产学研合作是提升战略性新兴产业创新水平的重要手段之一,企业与大学组建研发团队和成立研发公司已成为战略性新兴产业开展产学研合作较为普遍的合作模式。通过构建数量模型我们发现,在监督不可行的情况下,企业与大学采取组建研发团队的产学研合作模式比成立研发公司的合作模式更能促进企业创新水平提升,但是,在监督可行的条件下,企业与大学采取成立研发公司的合作模式,比组建研发团队的合作模式,更能促进企业创新水平提升,其后利用长三角战略性新兴产业企业的调研数据,对影响战略性新兴产业发展的产学研合作模式进行了实证检验,检验的结果与理论研究是相一致的。
Industry - university cooperation is one of the important means to promote the innovation level of the strategic emerging industry. Setting up R＆D team and establishing R＆D company have become the common mode of enterprises - university cooperation of strategic emerging industry. By constructing theoretical model, it found that setting up R＆D team is more efficient than establishing R＆D company in the condition of un - supervision, and also found that establishing R＆D Company is more efficient than setting up R＆D team in the condition of un - supervision, and then, we make an empirical test about the mode of industry - university cooperation which affects the development of strategic emerging industries, getring the same result as the theoretical research conclusions.
