摘要 在大型客机总体方案设计过程中存在设计过程不规范、工具软件没有集成、数据流没有打通等问题。针对此类问题,提出一种基于输入-输出-映射关系的数据传递模型,该方法可以有效地对飞机总体设计流程进行建模,建立上下游之间数据传递关系。在此基础上,基于CATIA进行二次开发,以此实现CATIA参数化模型自动更新功能。结合上述方法,开发出一套基于商用集成软件SYSWARE的飞机总体集成设计环境,并应用于某飞机设计研究院的型号设计项目中。应用结果表明该系统可以有效对飞机总体设计过程进行控制,提高设计过程的集成化、模块化程度,减少人工重复劳动,缩短了飞机总体设计的研制周期。 Many problems exist in the current design process of aircraft conceptual synthesis, such as design process is not standard, design tools are not integrated, and data flow is not smooth, and so on. For this issue, this paper proposes a modeling method of named data transferring model based on the input-output-mapping relationship. In addition, an automatically updating program for CATIA parameterized model is also developed based on CATIA secondary development technology. With the method and technology above, an aircraft conceptual synthesis design environment based on SYSWARE technology is implemented and applied in a certain Aircraft Design and Research Institute. The result shows that such a system can well control design process, improve the degree of integration and medularization, reduce duplication of labor and shorten the aircraft development cycle.
