摘要
微创外科发展至今已过去10余年,它打破了需开腹直视下完成手术的传统,并不断演变、创新出各种术式及手术入路。因具有创伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快等明显优势,外科微创化的观念深入人心。现结合国内外文献关于胃癌微创手术治疗现状、进展作一综述。
The development of minimally invasive surgery has lasted for about ten years, it broke the tradition treatment with open operation, and evolved to a variety of surgical procedures and approach. With distinct advantages of less trauma and postoperative pain, quicker recovery, surgical minimally invasive concept became popular. Combined with the literature on minimally invasive surgery, treatment status and progress of gastric cancer are reviewed in this literature.
