摘要
采用改进后的二乙酰—肟法对青海省大通县逊让乡25头白牦牛血清中的尿素氮含量进行了测定。结果表明,大通县白牦牛血清中的尿素氮含量为11.05mmol/L。其中,公牛与母牛之间血清尿素氮含量无显著性差异(P>0.05);成年牛与2～6月龄犊牛之间血清尿素氮含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。
25 white yaks in Datong Country were used to determine serum urea nitrogen parameter by Diacetylomnoxime.The result showed that the serum urea nitrogen content was 11.05 mmol/L in white yak of Datong Country,there was not significant difference between the male and female yak（P 0.05）,in adult yak and the calves aged 2～6 months not significant difference about serum urea nitrogen（P 0.05）.
