摘要
大力发展公益性信息服务已经成为经济社会发展的要求,公益性服务是公共图书馆的核心和灵魂。全国图书馆联合编目中心在建立免费服务机制的基础上不断拓展服务领域,创新服务模式,实现最大限度的社会效应。
Vigorousy development of the public information service has become the requirement of development of economy and society. Public service is the core and soul of public library. The National Online Library Catalogu- ing Center has set up a free service mechanism and continually broadened the range of services. It also innovated on service mode in order to achieve maximum of the social effect.
