摘要
官员考取博士的现象在我国愈演愈烈,造成"官员博士"数量的激增,引发了一系列社会问题。"官员博士化"现象的产生有其自身的特点和原因,透过官员、高校、社会对"官员博士"现象进行多角度分析,通过现实主义、制度主义、建构主义等路径有效促进"官员博士"问题的解决,优化社会风气。
Officials enlisted as doctor candidates are more and more popular today in China,which causes the sharp increase of ＂official doctors＂ and thus a series of social problems.Such a phenomenon has its unique characteristics and reasons.This paper,analyzing such a phenomenon from officials,universities,and society, attempts to resolve the problems effectively through realism,system,and constructionism and thus eventually purify social practice.
