摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对不同程度卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的声像图特点及其临床价值。方法对46例采用经腹部联合经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,诊断为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者进行回顾性分析,根据其声像图特点,判断扭转度数,并与手术记录、术后病理结果进行对照。结果 46例患者,扭转180°～360°的12例,360°～720°的22例,720°～1080°的8例,误诊4例,符合率为91.3%,误诊率为8.7%。结论彩色多普勒超声可判断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转程度,操作简单、准确率高,为临床手术方式的选择提供重要参考价值。
Objective To investigate the sonographic features and clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in varying degrees of ovarian cyst torsion.Methods 46patients,who were examined by abdominal joint transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound with the diagnosis of ovarian cyst torsion,were retrospectively analyzed.Their reversed degrees were judged according to their sonographic features.Then the reversed degrees were measured according to the sonographic features and they were compared to the surgical records and pathological results of the patients.Results There were 12cases with reversing 180°to 360°,22cases with 360°to 720°,8cases with 720°to 1080°and 4cases with misdiagnosis.The coincidence rate was 91.3%and the misdiagnosis rate was 8.7%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can determine the reversing extent of ovarian cyst torsion.Because of its simple operation and high accuracy,it can provide important reference value for the clinical choice of surgical approaches.
