摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国湖泊普遍存在着湖泊圈围,库容减少;湖泊违法采砂、违章取土,屡禁不止;护岸裁弯取直,流态单一;直立式硬化河坡,植物多样性缺失;硬化湖岸,景色单调;过度建设生态湿地,舍本逐末;不当养殖水生物,易造成生态灾难;湖泊富营养化严重,污染治理治标不治本等问题。这些行为严重影响了湖泊的水环境、水生态、水旅游的发展,甚至危及近岸海洋生态系统生存、繁衍,呈现亚健康、不健康状态,威胁了近海湖泊的可持续发展。应该加强法制教育,加强涉水工作者的水环境意识,建设亲水湖岸;减少水污染,减少末端治理。
With the development of social economic,various problems have become more and more for the lakes in China.The problems includes capacity reduce by the lake reclamation,repeated emergence of illegal sand and soil excavation,flow pattern single by curving cut-off of revetment,plant diversity loss by hardening slope vertically,landscape single by hardening lake bank,excessive ecological wetland construction,improper aquatic organisms cultivation easy to cause ecological disaster,serious lake eutrophication,no completely pollution control,and so on.These problems have affected lakes water environment,water ecology and the development of water tourism,endangered the reproduction and survival of alongshore marine ecological system with sub-health and unhealthy state,and threatened the sustainable development of offshore lakes.These measures should be taken to reduce the lakes ecological problems that the strengthening the law education for the public and the water environment consciousness for the water workers,constructing the contact water lakeshore,and decreasing water pollution to reduce end treatment
