摘要
针对目前我国金融消费者概念的界定不清、维权程序不健全等立法和监管模式的不足,通过对台湾地区《金融消费者保护法》的详细解读,界定金融消费者概念,明确金融消费者的权利义务,提出设立独立的金融消费者保护机构等措施,以此完善我国的金融消费者权益保护机制。
For the lack of legislative and regulatory approach, such as the concept of financial consumers are not clearly defined and preservation of fights is not perfect. This paper uses the methord of comparative analysis, though the detailed interpretation by Taiwan's "financial consumer protection laws," to improve financial consumer protec-tion mechanism: Firstly, define the concept of financial consumers. Secondly, clarify financial consumers'rights and obligations. Thirdly, propose the establishment of an independent financial consumer protection agency.
