摘要
为研究玉米秸秆添加复合乳酸菌制剂青贮对优质肉牛生产性能的影响,选取6月龄、初始体重95.50(±7.55)kg、遗传背景相近的优质肉牛(日本和牛×海南黄牛)12头,随机分为4个处理组,分别饲喂添加不同剂量复合乳酸菌制剂青贮的鲜食玉米秸秆,即对照组(0 g/t)、试验Ⅰ组(10 g/t)、试验Ⅱ组(20 g/t)和试验Ⅲ组(40 g/t)。试验为期30 d。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组平均日增重显著高于对照组,而料重比则显著低于对照组;试验Ⅱ组饲料增重成本最低,而毛利润最高,尽管各组之间未达到显著差异的水平。综合认为,20 g/t添加水平为最佳,建议在生产中应用。
In order to study the effects of corn stover silage with LactobaciUus preparation on production performance of high quality beef cattle, twelve 6-month-old cattles (Japanese Cattle ~ Hainan Yellow Cattle) with average initial weight of 95.50 (±7.55) kg and the similar genetic backgrounds were randomly divided into four treatments. Cattles were fed on corn stover silage with 0 g/t (control group), 10 g/t (group I ), 20 g/t (group II ), and 40 g/t (group III) of lactobacillus preparation during the period of 30 days. The results showed that average daily gain of group II was significantly higher than that of control one, but feed/gain ratio of group II was significantly lower than that of control one. Weight gain cost of group II was the lowest while gross profit was the highest, although there were no significant differences. In conclusion, supplementation of 20 g/t of lactobacillus preparation is the best and strongly suggested to be applied to high quality beef cattle feeding.
