摘要
2012年上半年,广东省农业和农村经济形势总体运行良好,在缩小贫富差距、惠农政策、扶贫开发、科技创新、农业装备等方面取得了显著成效,有力地促进农业转型升级和建设现代农业强省。但仍面临遭受巨灾影响、农产品质量安全问题、流通体系不顺畅及部分农产品价格下跌等问题和压力,下半年在确保农产品有效供给的基础上,持之不懈地推进"外向型"、"产业型"、"安全型"及"高效型"的具有广东特色的农业现代化道路。
The overall economic situation of Guangdong agriculture and rural areas run well in the first year of 2012. It has obtained remarkable result in closing the gap between rich and poor, policies benefiting farmers, development-oriented poverty relief, technology innovation and agricultural equipment. However, it still faced such problems as natural disaster, security of agricultural products quality, farm products circulation system smoothness and price fall of some products. Therefore, it must promote continuously the agricultural modernization road which is export-oriented, industry-oriented, high efficiency and with Guangdon~ characteristics.
