摘要
研究了影响 5 0 0 k VSF6断路器用高压陶瓷电容器耐压及局部放电性能的各种工艺因素。研究表明 ,减少电极留边量 ,严格控制坯料性能、成型工艺 ,减少气隙和裂缝等缺陷 。
The influence of various technological factors on breakdown voltage and partial discharge of high voltage ceramic capacitor used in 500 kV SF 6 breaker is studied in this paper. Decreasing the gap between the electrode and edge of ceramic body, controlling the process of granular formation strictly, and decreasing the pore and crack in ceramic, the breakdown and partial discharge voltage of ceramic capacitor can be improved greatly.
