摘要
根据某市的交通网络数据建立数学模型,以解决交巡警服务平台的合理设置与调度问题。运用Dijkstra算法求出任意两点间的最短距离,以均衡性和及时处理案件的比例为评价指标衡量警务台设置的合理性。且按中心城区和全市范围两种情况分别给出优化结果:运用整数规划模型,以工作量均衡为原则得到现有各个警务平台管辖范围的合理方案;以快速反应为目标给出发生重大事件时封堵交通出入口的警力调度方案;考虑重新设置交巡警服务平台,给出了更为合理的设置方案。
By establishing mathematics model in X city, this paper is intended to solve the problem concerning reasonable setting and adjustment of traffic patrol platform. The paper draws the shortest distance between any two points using approach of DIJKSTRA and gets the optimization results in terms of city center and whole city respectively. The rational setting of platform is measured by balance and rate of prompt police response. With integer programming model, reasonable project of the platform under jurisdiction of various police could be available from workload balancing principle. The paper provides scheduling scheme of police force at the traffic jam when major events takes place, and supplies the more reasonable setting projects with the reconsideration of new platform.
