摘要
研制了一种以聚胺抑制剂PF-HAB为主剂的清洁无固相完井液———聚胺完井液。室内评价与现场应用结果表明:聚胺抑制剂PF-HAB具有很好的粘土膨胀抑制性和降低油水界面张力能力,所研制的聚胺完井液呈弱碱性,具有油水界面张力低、防膨能力与高价离子螯合能力强、储层保护性能与防腐蚀性能好的特点,适用于低孔低渗储层、酸敏性地层以及疏松砂岩储层的完井作业。目前所研制的聚胺完井液已成功应用于LD32-2、SZ36-1、JZ25-1等油田完井作业,取得了良好的储层保护效果。
A new system of solid free clean completion fluids was developed with the host agent polyamine inhibition——PF-HAB,which is named polyamine completion fluid.Lab research and the field application results show： polyamine inhibiter PF-HAB has strong ability to inhibit the clay swelling and reduce the oil/water interfacial tension;the polyamine completion fluids are characterized by weak alkaline,strong inhibition,low oil/water interfacial tension,strong antiswelling ability and polyvalent ions chelating ability,and protection and corrosion control of the reservoir,so that they can be applied to the completion operations in the low-porosity and low-permeability reservoir,acid sensitive reservoir and loose sand reservoir.So far,the polyamine completion fluids have been used successfully in completion operations in the LD32-2,SZ36-1 and JZ25-1 oilfields,with excellent reservoir protection effect.
