摘要
目的比较腹腔镜和直视微创两种胆囊切除术的疗效。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院300例腹腔镜手术患者和200例直视微创手术患者的临床资料。结果两种手术方式术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院天数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组手术时间、治疗费用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直视微创胆囊切除术疗效确切、安全方便,值得推广。
Objective To compare the curative effects of two methods of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and microtrauma painless cholecystectomy by directview for the gallbladder disease.Methods The clinical materials of 300 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients and 200 cases of microtrauma painless cholecystectomy by directview patients in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no significance difference between the intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time,get out of bed time,length of hospital stay of these two surgical methods （P 0.05）.The operation time of microtrauma painless cholecystectomy by directview group had no difference,and its treatment costs was lower （P 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of microtrauma painless cholecystectomy by directview group is exact,safe and convenient,which is worthy of promotion.
