摘要
目的:研究椎动脉寰椎部的解剖,为临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法:成人尸头标本,解剖观察椎动脉寰椎部的形态结构,测量椎动脉寰椎部及其毗邻结构。结果:椎动脉寰椎部可分为寰枕段及寰枢椎段2部分;椎动脉寰椎部有恒定而连续的4个血管襻;周围有丰富的椎旁静脉丛,第2颈椎神经前根恒定地紧贴于椎动脉寰椎部寰枕段背侧。结论:对椎动脉寰椎部的解剖及其毗邻结构的研究,对于远外侧手术入路中避免椎动脉的损伤有重大临床意义。
Objective: To study the anatomy of the atlantal segment of the vertebral artery and to provide the basis of micro- vascular anatomy for clinical treatment. Methads Adult cadaver heads were dissected in the study, and the morphology of the atlantal segment of the vertebral arteries were observed; The dimensions of the atlantal segment of vertebral arteries and their adjacent structures were measured. Results: The atlantal segments of the vertebral artery was divided into occipo-atlan- tal segment and atlanto-axoidean segment. The atlantal segment of vertebral artery had four permanent and continuous blood vessel loops. There were abundant paravertebral venous plexus around the atlantal segment of the vertebral artery. The an- terior root of C2 permanent sticking to dorsal of occipo-atlantal segment of atlantal segment of the vertebral artery. Conclu- sion: The anatomy of the atlantal segment of vertebral artery and their adjacent structures have great clinical significance to avoid damaging the vertebral artery in a far lateral operative approach.
