摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病并发泌尿系感染的临床疗效。方法收集20例确诊为2型糖尿病合并泌尿系感染患者,以自拟中药通淋汤配合西药盐酸二甲双胍口服治疗,观察疗效。结果显效16例,有效3例,无效1例。总有效率95%,并且随访6周无复发和再感染。结论本方法对本病有扶正固本,标本兼治的功效,可缓解症状,控制血糖与泌尿系感染有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of the diabetic＇s urinary tract infection by the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 20 diabetics with urinary tract infection were accepted,Observing clinical effects.Results 16 cases were cured,3 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate is 95%,and without relapse and infection again after following six weeks.Conclusion The treatment combining traditional chinese and western medicine for diabetic patients with urinary tract infection has good effects of prevention and cure.
