摘要
本文对6例急性白血病、1例晚期何杰金氏病的自体骨髓移植治疗进行了临床分析,提示其疗效优于常规化疗。介绍一种较简便的ABMT方法,并对有关问题进行讨论。
Six patients with acute leukemia(ANLL) and one patient with Hodgkin's disease IVb(5males and 2 females, aged 10 to 35 years) were treated with high dose chemotherapy and TBI (ANLL) or TLI (NHL) followed by ABMT. Six of these seven patients are alive in sustained complete remission 1 to 21 months after ABMT. Relapse occurred within 3 months after the discovery of the disease, and died more than months after ABMT. A facile method of ABMT is briefed in this article.
