摘要
目的观察硫酸镁与会阴冷敷垫治疗产后会阴水肿的疗效。方法选取产后会阴水肿产妇80例作为观察对象,随机分成实验组与对照组,实验组给予会阴冷敷垫治疗,对照组给以传统的硫酸镁治疗。结果实验组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为77.5%。结论在产后2h开始使用会阴冷敷垫治疗会阴水肿,有效率高,且操作方便。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Magnesium sulfate combined with cold dressing in the treatment of dropsy in perineum after postpartum period.Methods 80 cases with perineal edema were observed after postpartum period.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated by cold dressing pad for perineum.The control group was treated by traditional Magnesium sulfate.Results The effective power of experiment group was 92.5%,and the effective power of control group was 74.5%.Conclusion The patients are treated by the cold dressing pad after parturition 2 hours late.It gets a high efficient,and is convenient in operation.
