摘要
目的比较小儿股静脉采血中输液头皮针和注射器的应用效果。方法 160例行股静脉采血的患儿随机分成试验组和对照组,每组80例。试验组采用输液头皮针采血,对照组采用注射器直接采血;比较两组穿刺效果。结果试验组一次性穿刺成功率为91.3%,对照组一次性穿刺成功率为83.8%。结论采用输液器头皮针采血,能够提高一次穿刺成功率,值得在临床上推广和使用。
Objective To compare the effect of the transfusion scalp needle and the syringe in the femoral vein of infant for blood sampling.Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into experiment group and contrast group,each of 80 cases.For blood sampling,the experiment group used transfusion scalp needle,the contrast group used syringe.Compare the puncture effect of the two groups.Results The experiment group disposable puncture success rate was 91.3%,the contrast group was 83.8%.Conclusion The transfusion scalp needle for blood sampling can improve the success rate of first puncture,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
