摘要
目的探讨人工流产后即时口服短效避孕药的必要性和可行性。方法将自愿要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女120例,随机分为两组,观察组60例于人工流产后当天服用妈富隆、抗生素及益母草颗粒,对照组60例仅服用抗生素及益母草颗粒。结果观察组术后盆腔感染及出血时间低于对照组(P<0.05),术后月经复潮比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产后即时应用短效避孕药妈富隆除避孕外,还能明显缩短出血时间,减少术后盆腔感染率,促进月经恢复。
Objective To investigate the necessity and feasibility of short-acting contraceptives after abortion immediately.Methods Voluntary abortion termination of pregnancy in early pregnant women（n=120） were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（60 cases） taking marvelon,antibiotics and Motherwort particles the day after the abortion;the control group（60 cases） only taking antibiotics and Motherwort particles.Results The postoperative pelvic infection and bleeding time of the observation group than the control group（P 0.05）,postoperative menstruation tide proportion was higher（P 0.05）.Conclusion Apply short-acting contraceptive marvelon in addition to contraception,but also significantly shortened the bleeding time,reduce postoperative pelvic infection immediately after the abortion,and promote the menstruation.
