摘要
目的探讨思连康与思密达联用治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 100例小儿腹泻患儿,分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予调整饮食、口服或静脉补液等常规治疗;观察组在对照组用药方式的基础上,加用思连康及思密达治疗。结果观察组总有效率98.00%高于对照组84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组腹泻患儿均未见明显不良反应。结论思密达联合思连康治疗小儿腹泻疗效可靠,副作用小。
Objective To study the curative effect of siliankang combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods In 100 cases of pediatric diarrhea patients,divided them into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given diet changing,rehydration and other conventional treatment.On the basis of the control group treatment methods,the observation group was given siliankang combined with montmorillonite powder. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.00% which was higher than 84.00% of the control group,which had significant difference（P ~ 0.05）.The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion It＇s good efficacy that siliankang combined with montmorillonite powder in treating infantile diarrhea,has little side effect.
