输尿管结石的超微结构观察和元素分析

摘要 目的:观察输尿管结石的超微结构并进行元素分析。方法:应用扫描电镜和能谱仪,对30例输尿管结石患者排出的结石进行超微结构和元素分析。结果:每个结石颗粒有核心和同心层年轮状结构,由砖块状晶体紧密堆叠为长柱排列而呈辐射形态;30例均为混合成分结石。结论:机体自稳态调节机制异常时,原尿内部分物质的浓缩度超过其溶解度,受到流体力学漩涡运动影响,形成同心层年轮状结构结石。 Objective To analyze countermeasures by the uhrastructures and elemental of ureteral stones. Methods Thirty patients with ureteral calculi were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, money grass soup with the oral administration of a single taste, then the ultrastruetures and elements were ana- lyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and en- ergy dispersive spectroscopy. Results Each stone had particle core and ring-like structure, which was arranged in long column by brick-like crystals, showing ra- diation patterns. No single composition stone was found, all stones were mixed composition stones. Conclusion When body homeostasis mechanism was wrong, the concentration degree of substances in the primary urine would exceed its solubility, thus forming concentric annua| ring arranging structure stones.
