摘要
目的了解、分析影响新农合参合意愿的因素,为完善政策提供帮助。方法以实地调查资料为依据,通过对不同群体意愿和影响因素进行分类,通过分析发现新型农村合作医疗存在的主要问题。结果认为参与新型农村合作医疗能给自己带来好处的占89.02%,未参与新型农村合作医疗者,以为医院对新型农村合作医疗者收费较高的占30.25%。结论通过农民参与新型合作医疗意愿分析,有针对性提出建议,提高参加合作医疗的积极性。
Objective To know the analysis and the will of participating new rural medical Cooperation and offer a help for enriching policy.Methods Based on the field survey data,through different groups will and influence factors of the classification,through the analysis found that the new rural cooperative medical existence main questions.Results In the new rural cooperative medical treatment that can bring you the benefits of 89.02%,not involved in the new rural cooperative medical person,thought the new rural cooperative medical hospital in the higher fees of 30.25%.Conclusion Through the farmers participate in new cooperative medical intend to analyze,proposed targeted Suggestions,improve to the enthusiasm of cooperative medical treatment.
