改良型下腹部弧形横切口行直肠癌根治术(附112例报告) 被引量：3

摘要 直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一．在我国发病有逐年上升趋势．尽管近20年来．直肠癌的综合治疗已取得了巨大进步．但外科手术仍是治疗直肠癌的主要手段。随着“功能外科”理念的深入．无论开腹还是腹腔镜手术．都十分强调微创原则。目前．在实施开腹直肠癌根治术的过程中．大多数外科医师常采用下腹部正中切口。本研究自2007年开始尝试应用下腹部横切口．实施直肠癌根治术．近2年来还对传统的横切口进行了改良．现报道如下。
