摘要
目的了解肛周脓肿伴随肛瘘的发生率,探讨术前经直肠腔内超声检查的临床价值。方法回顾性分析91例直肠肛管周围脓肿手术患者的超声声像图,以手术结果为参照。超声检查采用5～10 MHz腔内双平面超声探头。结果肛周脓肿伴随肛瘘发生率为79.12%,超声诊断准确率为93.41%。结论肛周脓肿伴随肛瘘发生率高,术前腔内超声检查相对直肠指诊检查准确率高,有助于临床决定手术方案。
Objective To investigate the incidence of anal fistula in anorectal abscess,and to discuss the clinical value of endoanal ultrasound before surgery of anorectal abscess.Methods A total of 91 inpatients were enrolled in this study.The endoanal ultrasound was performed in all cases before operation by 5-10 MHz double planes ultrasound probe.Ultrasound findings were analyzed and compared with surgical findings.Results The incidence of anal fistula in anorectal abscess was 79.12%.The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 93.41%.Conclusion The incidence of anal fistula in anorectal abscess is high.Preoperative diagnosis with endoanal ultrasound is more accurate than digital examination,giving more help for the design of the operational plan.
