摘要
目的分析卵巢畸胎瘤的超声表现特点,探讨超声对卵巢畸胎瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析204例卵巢畸胎瘤患者的超声声像图特点,其中术前超声提示卵巢畸胎瘤199例,手术、病理诊断为卵巢畸胎瘤201例。结果 204例患者中,术前超声诊断与术后病理诊断完全符合者169例(82.8%)、不完全符合者27例(13.2%)、不符合者8例(3.9%)。结论超声检查卵巢畸胎瘤准确率高,对卵巢畸胎瘤的诊断有重要参考价值。
Objective To analyze the ultrasonographic features of the ovarian teratomas and to evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian teratomas.Methods Ultrasonographic characteristics of retrospective analysis was performed in 204 cases,among which,199 cases were indicated ovarian teratomas by ultrasonography.And 201 cases were confirmed ovarian teratomas by operation and pathology.Results Among 204 cases,the coincidence rate of ultrasonographic diagnosis was 82.8%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 3.9%.Conclusion The diagnostic value of ultrasonography in ovarian teratomas is high.
