不同厚度角膜瓣对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后干眼症的影响 被引量:1

Effect of different depth of corneal flap on dry eye syndrome after corneal refractive operation

摘要 目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后干眼症的发生情况。方法将80例(160眼)行LASIK手术的近视患者分为常规瓣组和薄瓣组,分别于术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月观察患者角膜荧光素染色情况、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)和泪液分泌试验的变化。结果术后各个时间点两组角膜荧光染色结果无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后3个月BUT有统计学差异(P<0.05),术后1个月、3个月泪液分泌试验结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论干眼症是角膜屈光手术的常见并发症。角膜瓣的厚度不同,患者干眼症的发生情况也有差异。 Objective To explore the dry eye condi- tion after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods 80 patients (160 eyes) who underwent bilateral LASIK for the correction of myopia were di- vided into routine valva group and thin valva group. Fluorescein stainings, tear break-up time (BUT) and Schirmer I test value were recorded 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation. Results There were no obvious differences in fluo- rescein staining at different times between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05). There were statistical differences in BUT in the third month and in Schirmer I test in the first and third months ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dry eye syndrome is a common complication of cor- neal refractive surgery. The occurrence of dry eyes is related with the thickness of the corneal flap.
