摘要
目的探讨影像学检查在诊断骨盆骨折后并盆腔脏器损伤中的应用。方法对50例骨盆骨折怀疑伴有盆腔脏器损伤的患者行逆行尿道造影及造影后螺旋CT检查,以观察影像学诊断技术在该病诊断中的应用。结果 50例骨盆骨折怀疑伴有盆腔脏器损伤的患者经影像学诊断方法确诊尿道伤27例、膀胱破裂20例、阴道损伤3例,其中20例膀胱破裂有腹膜外型14例、腹膜内型5例、混合型1例;经手术验证,影像学诊断正确率为100%。结论逆行尿道造影术可有效诊断骨盆骨折及盆腔脏器损伤部位、程度及状况,并对其术前治疗方案选择、术后评价具有重要临床指导意义。
Objective To explore the application of imaging tests in the diagnosis of pelvic fracture and pelvic organ injury.Methods 50 cases of pelvic fracture with pelvic organ injury underwent retrograde urethrography and contrast spiral CT,in order to observe the application of imaging diagnostic techniques in the diagnosis of the disease.Results 50 cases of pelvic fracture suspected imaging diagnosis,the diagnosis of urethral injury in 27 cases with pelvic organ damage in patients with bladder rupture in 20 cases,3 cases of vaginal injury,20 cases of bladder rupture peritoneal appearance of 14 cases of intraperitoneal 5 cases mixed type 1 cases;verification by surgery,the imaging diagnostic accuracy rate of 100%.Conclusion Retrograde urethrography surgery can be effective in diagnosing pelvic fracture and pelvic organ injury site,extent and condition and its treatment options before surgery and postoperative evaluation of important clinical significance.
