经鼻中隔凹侧径路的鼻中隔矫正术 被引量：2

Endoscopic septoplasty on concave side of nasal septum

摘要 鼻中隔偏曲是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病，故鼻中隔矫正术也是耳鼻咽喉科常用手术之一。为了提高手术质量，减少术后鼻中隔穿孔等并发症的发生，我科于2009—06—201I-06对收住院的224例鼻中隔偏曲患者，采用计算机掷骰随机分组的方法分为两组，单号进人凹面组，双号进入凸面组。在鼻内镜下采用凹面侧及凸面侧切口径路施行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术，观察两组患者术中、术后并发症的发生情况，现报告如下。
