摘要
1病例报告患者,男,69岁,发现右侧耳前肿块1个月,无明显外伤史,轻度疼痛。于2011年9月入院,为皮下软组织内孤立的椭圆形包块,直径1.5cm×1.5cm,质地中等,轻度压痛,与皮肤不粘连,边界清楚,表面光滑,无活动。
Summary The case of the nodular fasciitis was with a short history and rapid growth speed. The lesion was nodular, not encapsulated. Histologically, the fibroblasts proliferated actively, with some mitoses. The reality of the nodular fasciitis is the proliferation of fibroblasts and myofibroblasts. This disease is a benign lesion. It is very important to make a different diagnosis between this lesion and sarcomas. UItrasonography and MRI are important assistants in diagnosis of nodular fasciitis. This disease could be effectively treated by local excision with a low recurrence rate and a satisfactory prognosis.
