摘要
目的:总结管型吻合器在食管癌和贲门癌根治术中应用的经验。方法:对369例食管癌和贲门癌患者使用WGW-B型一次性管型吻合器进行食管胃(或空肠)吻合术。结果:全组无手术死亡,无吻合口瘘发生,发生吻合口狭窄5例(1.36%);吻合口出血3例(0.81%);胃食管返流3例(0.81%)。结论:在食管癌和贲门癌根治术中,管型吻合器的应用简化了手术操作程序,且可靠、安全、省时,能明显降低吻合口瘘等并发症的发生。
Objective To summarize the clinical application of circular stapler in resection of esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma.Method WGW-B series domestic disposabale circular stapler was applied in 369 patients with esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma.Results No surgical death occurred.The incidence of anastomotic leakage was zero.The incidence of anastomotic stricture was 1.36%.The incidence of anastomotc hemorrhage was 0.81%.The incidonce of reflux symptom was 0.81%.Conclusion In resection of esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma,the application of circular stapler makes this procedure simple,reliability,safety,time saving and able to reduce the postoperative complications such as anastomotic leakage.
