摘要
目的:研究冠心活血胶囊的制粒工艺。方法:采用四因素三水平的正交试验方法来研究冠心活血胶囊制粒的最佳工艺。结果:制粒的最佳工艺为醇浓度为92%、醇用量为12mL/50g、搅拌时间为1min、烘干时间为0.5h。结论:冠心活血胶囊的制粒工艺简单、易于操作。
Objective：To study the blood capsule bolted granulating process. Methods：The four factors of three level of orthogonal experiment design method to study the blood capsule granulating bolted the best process. Results ： The best technology of system grain for alcohol concentration is 92%, alcohol consumption for 12 mL / 50 g, stirring time for 1 rain, the drying time is 0.5 h. Conclusion： Blood capsule bolted the granulating process is simple and easy to operate.
