摘要
针对南京热电厂6号炉长期存在的飞灰含碳量偏高等问题,进行了6号炉燃烧调整试验;分析各种因素对锅炉运行安全性和经济性的影响,从中确定最佳运行方式,并提出改善锅炉运行性能的具体措施和建议。
Higher carbon content in fly ash was a long-standing problem on No.6 boiler of Nanjing Cogeneration Power Plant. For this reason the combustion dehuggings and testings on No.6 boiler were carried out; and the impacts of various factors on the safety and economics of boiler operation were analyzed. Thus the optimum operation mode was therefrom determined, and the specific measures and recommendations on improving operation performance of boiler were put for ward.
