中速磨煤机减速器可靠性优化设计

摘要 讨论了中速磨煤机减速器设计。在将可靠性设计方法与优化设计方法相结合的基础上,建立减速器以体积之和为最小的可靠性优化设计的数学模型。采用混合离散变量的直接搜索法,在微机上运行成功。计算结果表明,采用可靠性优化设计与常规设计相比,使该减速器体积减小64.8%。 The reducer of the mid-speed pulverizer is discussed in this paper. Based on the combination of the reliability design and optimization design, the mathematical model was created for the optimization-reliability design of the reducer to minimize its volume. The direct search with mixed discrete variable was used for the design, and it was run successfully in a microcomputer. The result shows that the volume of the reducer can be reduced by 64.8% using this method, comparing with the conventional design.
