摘要
太原第一热电厂13号机组火检系统的光纤由于存在安装和材料的缺陷等问题,使8个火检信号弱且不稳定,灭火保护出现误动作。通过修改锅炉燃烧器管理系统(BMS)的控制逻辑和增加保护的投入,弥补了系统的缺陷,保证灭火保护系统安全可靠地投入使用。
The defects in installation and material of the optic fiber of Unit 13 flame scanners in Taiyuan First Thermal Power Plant made,the flame monitoring signals of 8 burners weak and unstable, and led to the maloperation of the flame safeguard. Mainly by modifying the control logic of the burner management system (BMS), the defects of the system are redeemed to enable its reliable operation.
