摘要
目的分析腹腔镜联合小切口治疗老年胆总管结石的临床疗效。方法取本院肝胆外科于2008年1月至2011年12月间收治的老年胆总管结石患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为36例对照组与34例观察组。对照组使用常规开腹手术,观察组患者使用腹腔镜联合小切口术式治疗,比较两组患者的手术效果、手术时间、出血量等的差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后其术后残余结石,胆管狭窄、胆囊炎、结石复发的概率并不多于行开腹手术的对照组患者,二者相比无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组患者的手术时间及出血量均显著少于对照组患者(P<0.05),二者有统计学差异。结论腹腔镜联合小切口治疗老年胆总管结石其临床疗效确切,手术时间短,出血量少,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To analysis of laparoscopic combined with small incision in treatment of elderly patients with choledocholithiasis clinical curative effect.Methods The hospital form 2008 to 2011 years,common bile duct stones in 70 old patients as the object of study,were randomly divided into 36 cases in the control group and observation group 34 cases.The control group using conventional open operation,the patients in the observation group using a combined laparoscopic and small incision in treatment.Results The observation group were treated with postoperative residual stones,bile duct stricture,cholecystitis,gallstone recurrence probability does not more than patients in the control group,the patients in the observation group（P0.05）;the operation time and blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group patients（P0.05）,there is significant difference between the two.Conclusion Combined laparoscopic and small incision in treatment of elderly patients with common bile duct stones in its clinical curative effect,short operation time,less bleeding,it is worthy of clinical application.
