摘要
从菲涅尔方程出发对太阳选择性吸收薄膜的干涉作用进行了讨论。以介电膜、吸收膜和金属底层组合形成的太阳选择性吸收膜系为代表 ,对该膜系在可见—近红外光波段形成零反射率的干涉条件进行了推导。结果能满意地解释干涉型太阳选择性吸收薄膜的光谱选择性吸收特性 。
Based on Fresnel Equations,a calculation model for analyzing interferance effect in solar selective absorbing films was proposed.The inferred zero reflection conditions of a typical selective absorbing film stack consisted of dielectric anti reflective layer,absorbing layer and metal substrate in the VIS NIR region was derived.The results could be used to explain the reflective characteristics of interference absorbing films and are helpful for this selective film design.
