摘要
本文系统地介绍了英国可支付住房的基本状况及投融资体系的发展历史,重点分析了现行投融资体系的重要机构设置和关键机制安排,总结了英国可支付住房投融资体系的经验,为我国走出公租房融资困境、加快发展保障性安居工程,提供了可资借鉴的经验。
As one of the most mature of its kind, British Affordable Housing Finance System （AHFS） sets a good example for all emerging markets in developing their respective AHFS. In this paper, the author presented a current picture of British AHFS, along with the history of the AHFS. In particular, the author conducted a detailed analysis on the institution setting and key mechanism arrangement of British AHFS, all of which will give us good lessons on what we shall do in public rented housing and affordable housing project.
