摘要
将行为管理制度(BMI)模型的理论与方法应用于突发事件的网络信息管理研究,根据突发事件网络信息传播过程的实际情况,对行为管理制度模型进行了改进与应用,得到了突发事件网络信息发布者不良行为的控制临界值模型及其影响因素,并通过算例进行了验证与分析。
According to emergencies＇ information dissemination, this paper makes the improvement and application of the behavior management institution model（ BMI） ,then it gets the control threshold model and influencing factors of internet information disseminators＇ ill behaviors in the emergencies. Finally, the new model and the factors are illustrated through exmnples.
