摘要
对应急物流信息网络的内涵和特点进行分析,基于网格技术提出了由资源层、通用服务层、业务服务层和应用层4层组成应急物流信息网络体系结构,根据该体系结构,构建了应急物流信息网络平台,对平台的功能结构进行了分析,并讨论了平台的构建原则。
The paper analyzes the contents and features of emergency logistics information network. Based on a four level architecture of emergency logistics information network proposed, which consists of the layers of resource,＇ universal service, business service and appli- cation, an emergency logistics information network platform is built. At last, the paper analyzes the functional structure of this platform and explores its construction principles.
