摘要
以某齿轮生产线为研究对象,在分析生产流程的基础上,根据现场采集数据绘制了价值流现状图.结合工业工程和精益生产的基本方法,以拉式生产建立连续流程,重新布置生产线,并绘制了未来状态图,为企业拟定了未来改善方案.该方案的实施能为企业带来良好的经济效益,并为齿轮制造行业提供一定的借鉴.
This article takes the gear production line as the object of study. By analyzing and collecting the data from the production process, the value stream diagram is drawn for the existing line, The production line are redesigned with the pull system and continuous process using the basic meth- od of IE and Lean Manufacturing. Then the value stream dia gram for future is drawn to put forward the improvement program. The implementation of this plan can bring good e- conomic benefits for companies, and the study can provide reference for the gear industry.
