摘要
研究了碳纤维填充改性聚四氟乙烯密封环的力学性能和抗蠕变性能。结果表明:空气氧化法加涂层的组合表面处理方式能提高碳纤维与聚四氟乙烯树脂间的界面结合能力。随着碳纤维用量的增加,密封环的抗蠕变性能得到改善,当碳纤维质量分数为25%时得到最佳的效果。同时,特殊的热处理工艺能使密封环获得较好的低蠕变性能和稳定的尺寸。
The mechanical properties and creep resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing ring filled with carbon fiber (CF) were studied. The results showed that the miscibility between PTFE and CF was improved by surface-treatment with the combination of gas oxidation and couple agent. With the increase of CF content, the creep resistance of PTFE composites was upgraded and the best creep-resistance was obtained with 25 % (mass ratio) of carbon fiber. The special heat treatment process realized the better performance of low creeping and stable size for sealing ring.
