摘要
本文通过化学发光法测定ICG在630nm和514.5nm激光照射下对HPD光敏产生化学发光的影响。发现ICG可减少由HPD光敏产生的化学发光量,这种对光敏反应的抑制作用与光波长和剂量无关,与ICG的浓度有关。认为ICG作用的机制是降低HPD光敏产生的’O^2和ROS的氧化作用,从而抑制了化学发光反应。
The mechanism of Iuminol chemilunesence in hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) photosensitized oxidation of NADH, after irradiated by 630nm and 514.5nm laser and depressed by indocyanine green, (ICG) was reported. It is found that ICG can decrease the value of chemical light caused by HPD photosensitization. This action depends on the concentration of ICG in the reaction system, but is not influenced by the wavelength of irradiation laser.
