摘要
粮食主权是在20世纪90年代全球粮价低迷的背景下由"农民之路"一个国际农民组织提出的,以此来应对持续二三十年的低粮价危机。而如今,自2008年全球粮价高涨以来,世界陷入高粮价危机之中,粮食主权是否仍然有意义。通过分析当今世界粮价危机的长期与短期原因,证明此次危机原因与前次危机没有太大的区别,表明粮食主权仍然有重要意义。最后结合粮食主权的具体内容分析指出保障粮食主权的实现是各国解决全球高粮价危机的应对之策。
Food sovereignty was proposed in the background of low global food prices in the 1990s in order to cope with the low food prices crisis which lasted for 20 - 30 years. But nowadays, since the global food prices roared in 2008, the world faced the crisis of high food prices, so whether the concept of food sovereignty is still useful.9 This article analyzed the reasons of the present world food crisis, and proved that food sovereignty is still of great significance, lastly concluded that food sovereignty is the only solution to the contemporary food crisis.
