摘要
用TY - 82接触角测定仪 ,测试了几种氟聚合物溶液与三氨基三硝基苯 (TATB)药片的接触角。结果表明 :偏二氟乙烯与六氟丙烯的共聚物F2 60 2 、F2 60 3溶液对TATB接触角较小 ;偏二氟乙烯与三氟氯乙烯的共聚物F2 31 4 溶液浓度为 8%时 ,由于批次不同 ,润湿效果不同 ;随着浓度的降低 ,接触角变小 ;乙酸丁酯作溶剂时 ,F2 31 4 溶液对TATB表面具有较好的润湿作用。
The contact angles of several batchs of F 2314 solution and other fluoropolymer solution to 1,3,5 triamino 2,4,6 trinitrobenzene (TATB) pellet were measured by TY 82 contact angle instrument. The results show that the contact angles on TATB are small to the solution of the copolymer of difluoroethylene and hexafluoropropene F 2602 ,F 2603 . To the copolymer of difluoroethylene and trifluorochloroethylene F 2314 ,the contact angles vary with the change of the batch when the solution content is 8%,at the same time the contact angles will decrease when the solution content is lowered. F 2314 solution has good soaking effect on TATB when butyl acetate is used as solvent.
