摘要
百叶窗式水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器在北安发电厂 2号炉上的应用表明 ,一次风通过百叶窗煤粉浓缩器后 ,在水平方向上分成浓淡两股气流 ,浓侧气流中的煤粉浓度较高 ,极大地增强了低负荷稳燃能力 ,试验表明 ,该燃烧器同时具有高效。
Through application of horizontal bias combustion pulverized coal burner (HBC-Burner) in NO.2 boiler of Beian power station,it is explained that through the louver pulverized coal concentrator,the primary air is separated into two streams of fuel-rich stream and fuel-lean stream horizontally,the pulverized coal concentration of fuel-rich stream is higher than that of fuel-lean,the flame stability in low boiler load is strengthened greatly,the experiment also explains that the HBC-Burner has the characters of high combustion efficiency and resistance of slagging and so on.
