摘要
本文观察了5例肿瘤患者半身经一次800radx—射线照射后甲襞微循环的观察和照射部位、非照射部位容积脉波的测量,照后6小时和3天,照射部位容积脉波显示微血管舒张,局部组织血流量增加。照后25~35天局部组织血流量明显减少,非照射部位容积脉波出现类似变化,甲襞微循环观察在照后3天显示微血管舒张,血管运动性增强。照后25~35天,微血管管径变细,管袢变短等血管构型的变化。
Microcirculation of nail fold has been observed and plethysmography has been measured after x-ray irradiation in 5 patients with tumor.Plethysmography showed marked changes such as increased blood flow, vasodilation in the exposed field 3 days after irridiation. However, blood flow decreased markedly 25-35 days after irradiation than before. There were similar changes in microcirculation in area without irradiation. Microvessels were dilated, vasomotion was increased with aggregation of erythrocytes in the nail fold 3 day after irradiation. Coufiguration of microvessels also changed markedly. Vascular loops become shorten and thinner 35 days after irradiation.
