摘要
通过应力控制模式下的小梁弯拉疲劳试验配合动态信号采集系统采集试验中的应变,通过Matlab进行数据处理,分析不同级配水泥稳定碎石材料的疲劳特性。结果表明:水泥稳定碎石小梁试件疲劳变形分为稳定阶段、增长阶段和破坏阶段。级配不同,水泥稳定碎石试件的疲劳特性差别显著,各阶段模量差别明显。通过3个阶段对应下弹性模量临界点的对比得到不同级配水泥稳定碎石试件抗疲劳性能的优劣。
Fatigue properties of cement stabilized macadam materials for different graduations were analyzed by collecting the strains from trabecular flexural-tensile flexural fatigue tests under stress control mode and data were processed with Matlab software.The fatigue deformability of the trabecular specimens were classified as three stages:steady stage,growing stage and failure stage.The fatigue properties of specimens and the modulus of elasticity in each phase were obviously different.The superiority and inferiority of anti-fatigue performance of the specimens in different gradations were discovered comparied with the critical point of elasticity modulus in these three stages.
